Terms of Service

Welcome to our animal rescue management system. By creating an account and using this system, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this system only for purposes related to the rescue's operations. You will not share your login credentials with others or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.

2. Data Privacy

Information entered into this system (including personal data of adopters, fosters, and animals) is confidential. You agree not to export, share, or use this data for purposes unrelated to the rescue's mission.

3. Animal Welfare

All users of this system commit to the humane treatment of animals. Any suspected abuse or neglect must be reported to rescue leadership immediately.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all actions taken under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify an administrator immediately.

5. Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of changes and asked to re-accept the updated terms on your next login.
