Feb 12, 2026: Lovely Layla is an absolute gem. She still has a bit of spunk for her age, and is a happy affectionate gal. Foster mom says she is very easy going, and isn't even bothered by the snow and ice. Layla LOVES everyone human and canine, and is very adaptable to new situations and people. She would be very happy to be in a loving home with or without other dogs, as long as she has some company during the day. She loves attention and even still likes to play fetch and tug of war with toys! She can handle the deck steps well, but doesn't want a home where she has to traverse flights stairs. She is a total delight. Dec 12, 2025: Gentle Layla is looking for a new home after her owner passed away. This darling senior is a calm and distinguished lady who gets along well with just about everybody. She is fond of cuddling and hanging out with her humans, and she enjoys naps on soft beds. Layla may need her new family to throw rugs or other covers on slick floors to help her get around more easily, and she may prefer a home with minimal stairs. Layla would be a great friend for someone who enjoys slow, gentle walks and relaxing on the couch. Layla is good with other dogs, but unknown with cats. She is approved for children ages 10 and up.
